Lyell-Otis Neighborhood Association is located in the City of Rochester, NY. It's in the Northwest Quadrant of the city. Our boundries are The Canal on the west, the Lyell Ave. South, Driving Park Bulivard on North, and Old Subway Bed  on the east.

Our Meetings are---- Sept.10    Oct,15    Nov,12    Dec,10    March,10    April,14    May,12   June,9

We Meet at 7:00P.M. at Lyell Branch Library at 956 Lyell Ave.
